As the principal of Jersey Li Personal Real Estate Corporation and the face behind The Apartment Guy®, I have spent years mastering the Metro Vancouver market, specifically as a Burnaby Real Estate Specialist. My commitment to delivering exceptional service earned me the 2025 Diamond Award from Sutton Group - 1st West Realty, officially ranking me in the Top 10% Realtor® in 2024 and 2025.​

I am trained in Negotiation at Harvard Business School, which enables me to secure the best value for my clients in every deal. I also have a Home Inspection certification from BCIT, allowing me to identify quality issues and potential property problems that others might overlook. Additionally, I hold a degree in Real Estate from UBC and a BBA from SFU with a focus on Entrepreneurship, which enables me to treat every listing as a high-growth business.
